Martha Ann Moss

Martha Ann Moss, 68, of Alliance passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015, at Community Care.  Martha was born in Akron, on April 29, 1947, the daughter of the late Amelia “Ruby” (Kunovic) Benedict.  Martha was a graduate of Walsh College and later worked as an RN at Alliance Community Hospital. She attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alliance. Martha loved her children, grandchildren and being a mother and grandmother.

            Survivors include three sons David (Britta) Moss of Delaware, Oh., Brian (Allison) Moss of Grove City, Oh., Jeffrey (Julie) Moss of Alliance, Oh.; aunts Kay Olenych and Patricia Siembieda; sister in laws Barbara Crawford and Joan Hall; four grandchildren Bradley, Amelia, Ethan and Mia; a niece Elizabeth and a nephew Andrew.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward (Ted) whom she married on February 7, 1970.

A funeral mass will be held at 1:30 PM on October 2, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Alliance with Father Matthew Mankowski officiating.  Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday October 2, 2015 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.  Interment will take place in Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society P.O.
