Evelyn (Noble) Obenauf

Evelyn Obenauf, age 92, peacefully passed away on February 5, 2017.  Evelyn was the second child of Charles Edward and Clara (Hartzell) Noble of Berlin Center, Ohio. She initially worked for Aetna Insurance during WWII.  Following the war, Evie married Kenneth Obenauf of Berlin Center, raised two children and later worked at Western Reserve Local Schools.  She enjoyed golf, sewing, building doll houses and playing with her grandchildren.

            Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth and brothers Robert Noble, Richard Noble and Wilbur Noble.   She is survived by her sister, Margaret Jones (Sebring. Ohio); her children, Patricia Potter (Sam) and Roger Obenauf (Maureen); her four grandchildren, Scott Potter, Greg Potter, Lauren Obenauf Meyer (Dan) and Caitlin Obenauf; and her great granddaughter, Madison Potter.
