Richard Little Obituary

Richard L. Little, 82 of Salem passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem. Richard was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on April 28, 1937 the son of the late Dixie and Louisa Pearl (Alloway) Little. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and Youngstown State University. Dick was the Director of the former Columbiana County Workshop now called CCBDD Service and Support Administration. He enjoyed traveling, Jazz music, playing the keyboard, watching the Pittsburgh Pirates and attending his grandchildren's events.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Lesley Little whom he married on July 3, 1966; son Matt (Sue) Little of Waukesha, WI daughter Rebecca (Mike) Harris of Beloit, 4 grandchildren; Nathan and Ryan Harris of Beloit, and Kayleigh and Josh Little of Waukesha, WI. He is also survived by his sister Betty Mangano and a special niece Jill Winters both of East Liverpool. Besides his parents Richard was preceded in death by his brother Bob Little.

Per his request no services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions can be made in Richard's honor to any local animal shelter.
