Maria Rose Polverine-Martire

Maria Rose Polverine-Martire, 88. Our beloved Mother and Grandmother passed away on January 19, 2022. She was born in Falerna, Italy the daughter of the late Constantine Trunzo and Rose Martire. She worked for various companies as a secretary and retired as a legal secretary. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Sebring and had a strong and passionate love for the church and its teachings; which she was always sure to say prayers for all she knew especially her family and their well being. Many will remember Maria as a detail and time oriented person always there when you needed to be reminded about appointments and things that needed to be done. Some of her hobbies included reading, watching game shows, playing cards in person & on the computer, bingo, big foot & ufo shows, and collecting oriental china.

She is survived by three Sons, William, Vincent & Ronald, Grandchildren Mike & Megan Polverine, Leslie Polverine, Olivia Polverine, Tiffany Polverine, Aldo Polverine & Jessica Polverine. Great Grandchildren: Jack & Jace Hinkle, Logan Polverine, Garrett Emge plus many other nieces & nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Sarah Trunzo and former husband Aldo Polverine.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 11:00 at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home in Sebring. A time of visitation will take the hour prior to the service on Monday from 10:00 Am to 11:00 AM. Burial will take place in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Alliance, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Maria's name to St. Judes Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
