Margie McFerren Obituary

Margie (Cannon) McFerren, 81, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother died at her home in Sebring on October 3, 2020 surrounded by her husband and children. She was born on September 10, 1939, in Alliance, OH. Margie was a talented artist who enjoyed oil painting, traveling, hosting family gatherings, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, James McFerren. Her children Kelly (Joe) Igro, Robert (Christine) McFerren, and Tracie McFerren, her seven grandchildren Jennifer (Bob) Bolden, Brad Rockwell, Jordan (Dan) Shea, Zachary McFerren, Tucker McFerren, Sydney Samblanet, Harper Samblanet, and three great-grandchildren Madison and Zoe Bolden and Saoirse Shea. She is also survived by siblings Lawrence (Karen) Cannon and Joyce Vergowven. She was preceded in death by her parents Grace (McIntyre) Bowen and James Bowen, and her sister Twila Huskins of Georgia. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020 at 1:00PM at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring.
