James Brandy Neil, 74 on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Salem West surrounded by his family. James was born on April 26, 1945 in Poe, West Virginia to the late Wayne and Lucille (Brown) Neil. James worked for Timkin Steel. Jame was a United States Navy Veteran.

James is survived by his wife Doreen (Stoffer) Neil; sons Dan and Tony Neil; step-children Addam and Sam Boord; foster son Robert Diser and 10 grandchildren.
