Gladys Jean (Johnson) Grove

Gladys Jean Grove, 94, of Beloit passed away at her home on Saturday, February 11, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Gladys was born on November 15, 1928 in Beloit, Ohio to the late Earl and Dora (Chapman) Johnson. She married George Grove and they worked side by side on their dairy farm. They were members of Westville Congregational Christian Church where they helped build the current church building.

Gladys is survived by her son Lynn (Jeanne) Grove; two daughters Debbie (Mike) Bailey and Denise (Bob) Lentz; a sister Pat Wyss; 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Gladys was preceded in death by her parents and her husband George on April 25, 2020.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home in Sebring with Pastor Freddie Rodriguez officiating. A time of visitation will be held the hour prior to the service on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at North Georgetown Cemetery.
