William J Wagner III, 72, of North Jackson passed away at his home on April 18, 2019 surrounded by his family. William was born on December 26, 1946 in Alliance, Ohio to Mary J (Crowe) Wagner and the late William J Wagner Jr. William worked as a welder at Ohio Gratings. When William was not working he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and playing his guitar. In addition to these things he also enjoyed his politics and playing the lottery especially scratch offs.
William is survived by his children William (Kori) Wagner IV, Dennis Wagner, Evelene Frances (Robert Fountain) Wagner and Michael Wagner; former wife Judith (Blasiman) Wagner; brother Richard (Linda) Wagner; sisters Nancy (Dean) Cribley, Betty (Garry) Byram and Melody (Larry) Amendol; brother-in-law Jim Hermen; six grandchildren and two great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Besides his dad William was preceded in death by two sisters Beverly and Dawn and a brother-in-law Richard.
A time of visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home. Following the services cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
