Sherry L. Heddy

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Sherry L.(Corfee) Heddy, who left us peacefully on July 26, 2025. Born on March 3, 1946, in East Liverpool, OH, Sherry was a proud lifelong resident of her hometown and a woman who poured love into everything she did. Sherry dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker. She will be deeply missed by her children, including her cherished daughter Marla Burgess, her son James Burgess, daughter-in-law Theresa Burgess, and her son Colt Heddy. She is also survived by grandchildren Tara Adams, Heather Cantera, Dana Bowles, James Burgess Jr., Jaron Burgess and great grandchildren Trysten, Alex, Jared Jr and Payton. Each of them carries a piece of her spirit and they are grateful for the laughter, warmth, and countless memories. Besides her parents Robert and Alma Jean (Pridemore) Corfee. she was preceded by a daughter Tonya Cook and grandson Brandan Spurlock. We will gather to celebrate Sherry's life and the impact she had on all of us with a celebration of life at a later date.

As we remember Sherry, let us all cherish the little moments and laughter she gave us. Her kindness and love will forever be in our hearts. Rest in peace, Sherry. You are loved beyond measure. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Willow Grove Park in Lisbon, Ohio.
