Randy Winters

Randy Allen Winters, 56 of Alliance passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 22, 2012. He was born on November 27, 1955 the son of William H. and Marjorie (Juhn) Tuel. Randy was a Storage Company manager and enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling. Survivors include his wife Anita (Marcella) Winters of Alliance, step children; Robert Louis Gallardo, Paul Richard Gallardo both of New Mexico, Paula Patricia Bevins of California, Anthony Jesus Gallardo of Michigan 17, grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, a sister Deborah Ann Lambert of Salem, Sister Kimberly Yoder of Canton, sister Paula Graef of Uniontown, sister Amy Koch of Wilmont A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 12:30 PM at the Salem First United Methodist Church with Rev.
