Ralph Sloat

Ralph J. Sloat, age 44, of Deerfield, passed away Tuesday November 7, 2006 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Ralph was born on September 29, 1962, in Alliance to the late Charles II and Ruth M. (Donney) Sloat . He was employed as a mechanic for Suburban Auto Service of Alliance. He is survived by his longtime companion Linda Kelderhouse of Deerfield; two sons, Aaron and Allen Sloat of Alabama; one stepdaughter; three stepsons; six brothers, William Sloat of Tucson, Ariz., Charles III, John, Joseph, Paul, and Raymond Sloat all of Alliance; 5 sisters, Norma Wilson; Linda Davis; Carol Lincoln and Sue Handy all of Alliance and Ruth Tuney of Beloit; nine grandchildren, 33 nieces and nephews and 22 great nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents . Services will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, November 10, 2006 . Burial will be in the Atwater Cemetery. Friends may call the two hours prior to the service on Friday Memorial Contributions may be made at the Buckeye State Credit Union in Alliance, in Mr. Sloat’s name.
