Ophelia was born on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 11:00 pm to the loving parents of Naviaha Denae Keesee-Mims and Mark Hall. She also leaves behind her grandmother Fernassa Keesee and great-grandparents Dennis and Linda Keesee and an uncle Dantevious and two aunts Denetra and Na'Khida Keesee.
