Norman R. Wingard, 78 of Sebring and formerly of Boardman, passed away on May 18, 2010 at Crandall Medical Center. Mr. Wingard was born in Wilkensburg, PA on January 22, 1932 the son of Harold Wingard and Dorothy Proctor. Norman was the first curator of the Salem Branch of the Butler Art Museum. Survivors include two sons Craig Wingard of Berthoud, CO and Keith Wingard of Pittsburgh. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman with military honors.
