Norman H. Campbell, 64 of Damascus passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Aultman Hospital in Canton. Norman was born in Salem, Ohio on August 25, 1954 the son of the late William and Merl (French) Campbell. Norm retired from Volcanic Heater in 2015. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. Norm had many creative hobbies over the years including wood carving, leather carving, and making lawn ornaments from metal and wood. Rebuilding Volkswagen dune buggies was another hobby he enjoyed. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his wife. Norm will always be fondly remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather by his family.
Survivors inlcude his wife of 35 years Sherri (Menough) Campbell whom he married on January 21, 1984. A daughter Brenda (Joe) Damelio and a granddaughter Madison Damelio. He is also survived by his sister Sharry (Tom) Hinerman and three brothers William L. Campbell, Ernie (Linda) Campbell, and MIke Campbell. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by an infant brother.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at Highland Memorial Park at 1:00 PM with Pastor Doug George officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
