Lou Ann Jenkins, 62 of Beloit passed away at Alliance Community Hospital on Sunday, February 22, 2015. LouAnn was born on December 29, 1952 the daughter of the late Wilbur and Janice (Bichsel) Jenkins; and was a 1971 graduate of West Branch High School. Survivors include her two siblings; Thomas Jenkins of Beloit and Nan M. Grimsley of Alliance.
