Joan Palmer, 59 of Salem passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at her home. Born July 5, 1955, the daughter of the late Bailey and Frances (James) Raines. Joan was a lifetime homemaker and enjoyed Sewing, Reading and collecting .
Survivors include her husband Donald Palmer, whom she married in 1974, Two Brothers Charles Parsons (Cleveland), Randall Raines (Cleveland) and a sister Charlotte Stamper (Parma).
