Jane D. Stryffeler, 86, of Alliance passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 14, 2022. She was born in Augusta, WV on March 24, 1936 the daughter of Lillian Fultz Cubbage. She was a 1953 graduate of Alliance High School. She previously worked at Alliance Manufacturing and as a court stenographer for Judge Harry Wykoff,however, most would remember her from working at the US Postal Office in Sebring for over 22 years. She was a member of Mile Branch Grange for over 55 years and also a member of the Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church where she was active in various church organizations and groups.
Survivors include her children; Cindy Blendenbacher of Alliance, Rhonda Stryffeler of Canton, Linda Cunningham of Alliance, Gary Stryffeler of Willowick and Clyde (Dianne) Stryffeler of Alliance. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Brian Blendenbacher,Tony Blendenbacher,Jonathan (Linda) Pagnucco, Tyler (Hannah) Stryffeler,Kelly Stryffeler,Sara (Brok McIlvain) Kaland,Darrick Stryffeler,Brandon Stryffeler and Lauren Stryffeler, her great grandchildren; John Blendenbacher,Elias McIlvain,Erin McIlvain,Wyatt Stryffeler,Effie Stryffeler,Weston Stryffeler and Michael Pagnucco, as well as her siblings John David (Marjorie) Fultz, Mary Alice Bunge and brother-in-law Floyd (Virginia) Stryffeler and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Norman H. Stryffeler in 1991, a son Edward L. Stryffeler and daughter Ruth A. Pagnucco.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church in Homeworth with pastors Marc Shefelton and Tom Sawyer officiating. A time of visitation will be held the hour prior to the service at the church from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
