Jack R. Faulkener, 85 of Salem passed away at Essex I on Friday, July 3, 2015. Jack was born in Flemington, West Virginia on June 2, 1930, the son of the late Jasper and Geneva (Fowler) Faulkener. Jack was a US Marine Corps veteran and retired after 23 years as a foreman at Eljer Plumbing.
