Hazel Marie Thomas

Hazel Thomas, 73. Our beloved wife and mother passed away on April 29,2025 surrounded by her family. She was born In Salem,Ohio on January 12,1952 the daughter of Norman and Marie (Ward) Jeffers. Hazel married her husband Keith Dale Thomas on February 15,1986. Hazel enjoyed knitting, crocheting, puzzle books and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Keith, daughters Sheree (Randy) Reed of Salem, Kimberly Sue Wilson and Patricia Ann Kehl, both of Minerva. She is also survived by her brothers Charles Jeffers of Salem and John Jeffers of Beloit and sister Ruby Poole of North Benton and 14 grandchildren.

Hazel was preceded in death by her brother Sonny Jeffers.
