George Strayer

George Harvey Strayer Jr., 84 of Sebring passed away on July 28, 2025 at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, Ohio. Born Dec 6, 1940 at home in Columbiana County to Evelyn Aida and George Strayer, Sr. He is survived by his sisters Neysa Woolf in Columbus, Sandra Manypenny in Wilmington, and his daughters Bethann in Michigan and Melissa in Akron.

George enjoyed traveling, gardening, golf, and loved food (there isn't a single food he didn't like...). He taught his children to seek to understand others, resist rushing to judgment , and to diligently express gratitude for others through letters and small, meaningful gestures.
