George L. Nicholson

George L. Nicholson, 82 of Sebring passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Akron General Hospital. He was born in Canton, Ohio on December 18, 1939 the son of the late Walter H. and Henrietta (Katz) Nicholson. He was a US Army Veteran and worked as a truck driver for Republic Technologies for 23 years. George was a member of the Sebring United Methodist Church and United Steel Workers.

Survivors include 4 nieces and 3 nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia and four sisters Barbara Keegin, Lillian Johnston, Kathryn Seery and Betty Demario.

A graveside service will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring, Ohio at 1:00 PM with military honors provided by the Salem Honor Guard.
