Frederick David Capel passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025, in his beloved Salem, Ohio. Born on July 11, 1937, Fred lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to his family and community.

A proud resident of Salem for his entire life, Fred found purpose in his career as an insurance salesman with Western Southern. His warm demeanor and genuine care for others earned him numerous friendships and deep respect among his colleagues and clients.
