Frances Locker, age 82, of Louisville, formerly of Sebring died Wednesday Dec. 19, 2007 at Oak Hill Manor. She was born in Alliance on Jan. 13, 1925 to the late Frank & Rebecca (Birtalon) Gold. Frances was a homemaker and a member of the Alliance Baptist Temple. She is survived by 1 daughter Sandy (Larry) Green of Alliance; 2 sisters Dorothy Kirby of Alliance; Emma Wiseman of Tigard, OR; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Kitchner and son Ronald. There is no arrangements for a service at this time. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
