"Together Again"

Doris W. Johnson, a beloved member of the Sebring community, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on October 2, 1935, in Sebring, Ohio, Doris dedicated her life to serving others and cherishing her family.

Doris enjoyed a fulfilling career, initially working at Royal China, and later retiring from the Housekeeping Department at Copeland Oaks. Throughout her working years, she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication, traits that extended beyond her professional life and into the heart of her family.

Her family was her proudest accomplishment, and she devoted all of her free time to nurturing and supporting them. She leaves behind three children: Debora (Paul) Phillips, Terry Kessler, and Timothy (Karen Hamon) Johnson, who are grateful for the love and wisdom she imparted during her lifetime. Doris was also a proud grandmother to 11 grandchildren, and she delighted in the lives of her 26 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought joy to her days. She is also survived by her sister, Jean Householder. Doris W. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband in 1999, who she missed dearly, as well as her parents and nine siblings: Evelynn, Beatrice, Junior, Edward, Ilean, Pete, Morlean, Margaret. As a family matriarch, she experienced profound sorrow with the loss of one grandson in 2015. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and caregivers at Crandall for the loving care they provided.

Per her request no services will be held, burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio.
