Delores M Davis

Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Delores M. Davis, 98, of Sebring, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring.

Delores was born in Canton, Ohio, on June 26, 1928, the daughter of the late Carl and Helen (Wilson) Austen. She graduated from Ohio State University and was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. She loved staying connected with her family through FaceTime and enjoyed playing dominoes with her fellow Copeland Oaks residents. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Davis, and her son, John Davis.

She is survived by her sons, Daniel J. Davis and his wife, Yvonne, and David W. Davis and his wife, Irene; her daughters, Elizabeth A. Gose and her husband, John, and Susan Craves and her husband, Charles; and her daughter-in-law, Holly Davis, wife of her late son, John. She also leaves nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Delores' honor to The Oaks Foundation at Copeland Oaks, 800 S. 15th Street, Sebring, Ohio 44672.
