Craig "Charger" Thomas, 58, passed away at his home on Friday, March 12, 2021. Craig was born on May 27, 1962 in Alliance, Ohio to the late Gary Thomas and LaVonne (Caufield) Smarr. Craig was a proud graduate and alumni of West Branch. Craig worked at Chardon Rubber Company and most recently he drove truck. When Craig was not working he enjoyed to spend time hunting, fishing and just being outdoors. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Fan and a proud United States Army Veteran. Craig's pride and joy was his family, he cherished his time spent with his wife Elaine, his children, grandchildren and his animals.
Craig is survived by the love of his life Elaine (Beckett) Thomas; children Alicia (James) Thomas Harris, Craig Michael (Jesselyn) Thomas of Salem, Josh (Antoinette) Sines of Cleveland, Jesse (Chelsey) Sines of Lake Millton, Amanda (Shane) Buck of Newton Falls and Cody Hoffaker of Alliance; brothers Brian Thomas of Salem, Chad Thomas of Sebring and Tony Pasco of Alliance; sisters Kimberly Thomas Kuszmaul of Salem and Sherri Pasco-Windland; nine grandchildren Mya, Michael, Mikala, Carolynn and Shane "SJ" (Papa's Huggy Bear) Buck and Aleeah, Rylee and Novalee Sines. Besides his parents Craig was preceded in death by a son Devin Thomas; a brother Jerry Pasco and his grandparents Inez Marie Whetsell Unkefer, Herbert Unkefer, Vaughn and Gladys Caufield.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home at 6:00 PM with Pastor Randall Debolt officiating.
