Agnes Sweely

Agnes “Butch” Eileen Sweely, 87, of Alliance passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at her home. Agnes was born in Sebring, on September 8, 1927, the daughter of the late Arthur and Crystal (McShane) Schroeder. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, enjoyed gardening and spending time with family.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Ronald Sweely, whom she married on November 25, 1947; two sons Ronald Steven Sweely of Columbus, Ohio, Mark (Janet) Sweely of Alliance; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Art Schroeder of Alliance. She was preceded in death by two sisters Mary “Cotsy” Townsend, Carol Langties and a brother Bob “John” Schroeder.
