Shirley Anne (Crewson) Abney

Shirley Anne Abney 84 of Sebring passed away at Salem Regional Medical Center on Friday, December 6, 2019. She was born in Sebring, Ohio on February 22, 1935 the daughter of the late Howard and Anna (Blake) Crewson. Shirley enjoyed reading and playing cards with her Card Club; however most important to her was spending time with her children and grandchildren.She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert Neel Abney, children Lisa (Gregory) Ganni of Alliance, Sari (Michael) Seidel of Salem; 7 grandchildren; Ryan (Amanda) Ganni, Jason (Amy) Ganni, Courtney (Trent) White, Addie (David) Butler, Matthew Seidel, Alicia (BJ) Goodwin, Danielle (Eric) Sluss and 18 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings; Ray Crewson, Marie Griffith, Lee Crewson, Jack Crewson and an infant son Mark Douglas.A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 8:00 PM with Pastor Steve Lowe officiating at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home in Sebring.
