Mary Irene (Wuthrick) Wuthrick

Mary Irene Wuthrick, 84 of Damascus passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mary was born in Damascus on September 15, 1933 the daughter of the late Fred C. and Effie (Greenawalt) Wuthrick. She was a lifelong member of the Damascus Friends Church where she served as the Sunday School Secretary for over 40 years and as the Church Librarian for many years as well. She will be remembered as an excellent Homemaker sharing her talents with many people and working on the Family Farm.

Survivors include her siblings; Alfred J. Wuthrick, Eileen B. Wuthrick and Marjorie A. Wuthrick all of Damascus, a niece Christine K. Schulze of Alliance, a nephew Brian K. Reese of Chicago, IL as well as a great nephew Travis B. Schulze, a great niece Ashley N. Schulze and a great great nephew. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister M. Kathleen Wuthrick Reese Arner.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rick Brendlinger Officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday the hour prior to the service from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Damascus Cemetery.
