Diana L. Buchanan

Diana L. Buchanan, 58 of Alliance passed away on June 11, 2018 at Community Care Center. Diana was born on October 21, 1959 in Elk Park, NC. to the late Wilson and Jenella (Markland) Buchanan. Diana enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was a big Facebook advocate.

Diana is survived by her partner of 16 years Darrell Offill of Alliance; two sons Andy Shell of Sebring, OH. and Adam Shell of Elk Park, NC.; three sisters Trina Shell of Elk Park, NC., Kay Miller of TN., and Linda Laws of Heaton, NC.; nephew David Buchanan of NC.; grandchildren Austin, Walker, Cash, Hunter. Jackson, Ashland, McKenna, Emma. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Cordell.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Kimball officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Damascus Cemetery.
