Roseann Williamson (Williamson) Martin

Roseann Williamson Martin, 80 of Sebring passed away on November 22, 2017 at Crandall Medical Center. Roseann was born in Rochester, Pennsylvania on September 6, 1937 the daughter of the late Leonard and Bertha Williamson. She not only served as a Pastor's wife but as a Pastor at 18 churches in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church in no particular order; Sand Hill, Wooster, Dover,Perrysville,Christ Church in Canton,Port Clinton, Sebring,Jewett,Loudenville,Sycamore,Saybrook,Macedonia,Lockwood,Duncan Falls,Sugar Grove, Gaysport, Spencer and Dillonvale. Avid crafter,she sewed played cards, enjoyed cooking and camping. Being involved with her family and their activities was one of the most important things in her life as well as her faith. One of her life dreams since she was a little girl was to be a Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, with which she was blessed by being both.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years Rev. Eric L. Martin of Sebring, 3 children; Jo Lynn (Christopher) Martin Englert of Hilliard, OH, Perry Martin of Los Angeles, CA, Jason (Sue) Martin of Magnolia, OH, a daughter in law Marlene Burdick-Martin of Portland, OR, Marlene was married to Roseann's son David Martin, 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son David Martin.

A memorial service will be held at the Sebring United Methodist Church on December 10 , 2017 with Pastor Elaine Weaver officiating at 1:30 PM. Visiting hours will precede the service from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Roseann's honor to the Ottawa County Domestic Victims Fund.
