Jane Louise (Oesch) Kidd

Jane Louise Kidd, 95 of Columbiana, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Whispering Pines in Columbiana, OH.  Jane was a 1938 graduate of Columbiana High School and also a graduate of Business School in 1940.  Mrs. Kidd worked at the Ohio Bureau of Employment in Salem for 27 years and for the last 3 of those years she was the Manager; she was a member of the Westville Community Bible Church and enjoyed being involved in many social activities.

Survivors include her grandchildren; Misa Terral of Colorado, Brian Kidd of Florida and 4 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband Forrest Kidd whom she married on July 20, 1941 and passed on March 27, 1991, a step son James B. Kidd, a brother Harry “Booner” Oesch Jr. and a sister Virginia “Sis” Mueller.  Jane’s family would like to thank Community Hospice, the staff at Whispering Pines and especially Pam from First Light Home Care for the loving care.

A private funeral service will take place on Monday, February 8, 2016 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Wallace Buckner officiating.    Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.  Memorial donations can be made to Community Bible Church 18146 State Route 62, Beloit, OH 44609.
