Jackie J. (Holmes) Holmes

Jacqueline “Jackie” Jenene Holmes, 47 of North Benton, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic.  Jackie was born in Akron, Ohio on January 25, 1968 the daughter of Roy C. and Brenda C. (Rhines) Holmes.  She was a graduate of South East High School and ITT Tech in Youngstown; Jackie worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for Alliance Hospital, Cardiology and Ohio Heart Care.  She enjoyed almost anything that was outdoor related, especially hunting, fishing and four-wheeling.  She also liked photography, art and spending time with her late, special pets Cheyanne and Lizzy.  But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. 

            Survivors include her parents Roy and Brenda of North Benton, two brothers Marty (Bonnie) Holmes of Alliance and Jeff Holmes of Deerfield.  She is also survived by three nephews Justin (Tiffany Ruggles), CJ and Dylan, a niece Bethany (Dillon Spires), a great-nephew Blake Ruggles, a special friend, Bill Wright and many other family and friends.  

            A gathering for friends and family will be held Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the Deerfield United Methodist Church (1483 State Route 225) from 3 to 6 PM.  Memorial contributions can be made in care of the family.  Friends may send condolences and sign the guest register online at www.grfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home Sebring, OH (330) 938-2526.
