Henry C. Ebben

Henry C. Ebben, 75, of Salem passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Hospice House in Poland.  Henry was born in West DePere, Wisconsin on June 12, 1940 the son of the late Henry C. and Jennie (Pearce) Ebben Sr.  He is a US Army veteran and worked as a bus driver for the Ramona United School District.  Henry enjoyed repairing clocks and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, the former Barbara K. Donaldson, whom he married on January 11, 1969, his children Henry C. Ebben III (Michelle Steffy), of Warren, OH, Shawn (Kristi) Ebben, of Columbiana and two grandchildren Bryce and Max Ebben.  Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Ebben.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Brown Funeral Home at 2 PM with Richard Noel, officiating.  Visitation will be held the hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  A private burial will take place on Monday at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens in Canton.  The family would like to thank Hospice of the Valley and their home health aide Janie.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Henry’s honor to Hospice of the Valley 5190 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44512.  Friends and family may sign the guest register online at www.brownfhonline.com.  Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Salem, OH (330) 337-6363.
