Ruth V. Woolf, 88, of Sebring passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at her Niece’s home. Ruth was born on March 19, 1924 in East Palestine, the daughter of the late Harry J. and Hazel (Martin) Blutcher. She was a graduate of East Palestine High School, Class of 1942, worked in housekeeping at Copeland Oaks and was a member of Pine Lake Christian Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arlie “Babe” Woolf Jr. in 1979, two brothers Chester and William and a sister Mary Boyle. Services include cremation.
